Part-Time Remote Help Wanted — Permit Coordinator

Integrity Energy Systems (Roselle, IL) is looking for a part-time remote team member to help with our residential generator permit process.

What you'd be doing:

• Preparing and submitting residential generator permit applications to local municipalities
• Tracking permits from start to finish through our online system (training provided)
• Gathering documents from customers and coordinating with municipalities
• Following up on permit status and handling any revisions or requests from towns/villages

What we're looking for:

• Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with online portals
• Any permit experience is a plus — even if you just pulled one yourself for a home project! We'll train you on the rest.
• Reliable, good communicator (phone + email)

Details:

• Part-time, remote, 20–30 hrs/week
• Starting at $20/hr
